This team was so amazing at making me and the most important ladies at our wedding look stunning. They were so sweet, personable, & helpful from the first communication to the trial to the actual wedding day. They helped bring to life my style ideas & both my hair and makeup stayed perfect all day/evening. They were also super accommodating to help create a schedule that would work for our early wedding. Ali, Sam, Erika, & Andrea were so wonderful to work with & I'm super glad I had them on my team!

Ali was so responsive from the very start! I needed a hair and makeup artist last minute and she was able to accommodate me so quickly! Andrea did my hair and it was absolutely perfect and she laid my clip-ins in perfectly! Ali did my makeup and I felt like a princess! It stayed on ALL night, and super flawlessly! This whole team knows what they are doing and are very responsive and on time! I 100% recommend their services!
This is the best choice I could ever make for my dream day. First of all, my communication with them from the day one was so fast, friendly, clear and easy by email. I trust my gut, since I am not from Asheville, so I could not be there for a trial, and I was so busy at my work, that I don’t even send them what I wanted or what style. They came that day to my place, very punctual. Both of them so sweet and friendly, make that moment a relaxed time before my weeding. I just showed them from my cellphone the style I wanted and my wedding dress. Well, they did a miracle with my face and hair. I have acne problem, and she did an amazing job covering it, while looking natural and pretty. I have a very heavy and long hair, and I wanted something that didn’t fall apart. My hair lasted all night long, perfect. Thank you for making me look so beautiful, and for being so sweet and professional. AnaRie team is the best!
I had the pleasure of hiring Erika from AnaRie to do my wedding makeup. Erika did such a great job and was wonderful to work with! I had a destination wedding, so she was able to do my makeup trial a few days before the wedding so that we could perfect my look. I loved how creative and collaborative she was. I truly felt beautiful on that day and can't thank her enough 😊

When I say I cried tears of Joy for how beautiful Ali and Andrea made me feel on my wedding day, that is no exaggeration! Both took their time hearing me out for what my ideas were while elevating the look I had in mind. Both were so kind and patient talking through what I was looking for which was so appreciated as someone who does not do hair and make up often. I couldn't imagine feel more special if I had gone anywhere else.
Sam and Natalie were PHENOMENAL hair and makeup artists for my wedding! They did such an amazing job, were professional and thoughtful, and all our hair and makeup stayed perfect throughout the day and night. We loved working with AnaRie. Thank you so much!
I felt so incredibly beautiful on my wedding day thanks to AnaRie Beauty! The booking process was fast and stress-free. They sent me questionnaires for makeup and for hair that were very thorough and made me feel at ease since I didn’t have a trial done. I had my hair and makeup done at their adorable studio in downtown Brevard. I told Ali I wanted a natural makeup look and WOW did she deliver! It felt so comfortable on my face and it looked stunning!
I cried and cried during my ceremony and that makeup never moved an inch- I have no idea how it never smeared at all but it looked just as incredible 9 hours later. Sam did my hair and I gave her no direction except I didn’t want a tight updo. She took into account that I was getting married at a waterfall where there would be wind and mist and gave me the most beautiful loose updo with face framing pieces. It was so pretty and held up phenomenally in all the wind and humidity. I am so thankful for Sam and Ali making me feel like a million bucks on my wedding day!!

Also, I was unsure of how to style my make-up and don't have much experience, Ali worked with me and gave me the perfect look. I had a couple friends who were weary about getting their make-up done but were happy campers on the day of the wedding!
Both Ali, and Kerstin were professional and kind. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone! I wish I had my wedding photos to post!

It was AMAZING working with AnaRie. Ali was so responsive with coordinating my hair and make up trial and all of the wedding day information. They showed up EARLY the morning of my elopement which put my nerves at ease with the early timeline we had. They are so chatty and friendly!
I loved how Ali and Andrea really listened to how I wanted my look while also giving very helpful suggestions along the way. They are so talented that I 100% trusted their recommendations when I wasn't exactly sure how I wanted something done.
Lastly, I could not believe how my hair and make up remained perfect through 30 minutes of pretty intense mountaintop breezes.
10/10 recommend Ali and Andrea!!!
Andrea and Ali were so amazing. When I went for my trial run they made me feel so comfortable. I’m normally a shy person and they made me feel like I’ve known them for years. On my wedding day, they traveled to me and made me feel absolutely stunning. My hair and makeup were flawless. When I walked down the isle, my husband just kept saying how beautiful I was. I am so grateful to have Andrea and Ali help make me feel so confident. 100% would recommend these ladies to anyone getting married in the local area.
Ana Rie was the most perfect addition to the vendors I chose for my Asheville wedding in July. Ali, Erika, and Andrea were just the BEST!!! They followed through on my vision and made my girls and I look and feel so beautiful. I had no hesitations about knowing they would follow through with excellent work. I wanted my girls and I to look like ourselves and they did just that. They were also just SO fun to hang out with (you want to like the people getting ready with you because you are with them a long time) and they truly embraced my girls and I with all of our quirks. They allowed us to play our mash-up playlist of Disney, Shania Twain, Beyoncé, and Pitbull and were so ready to sing along. I love my girls and I just wanted to take Ali, Andrea, and Erika with me for the rest of the day because they’re that great. I cannot recommend them enough ❤️ P.S. They are MAJOR girl bosses aka everything I love
The team at AnaRie did an AMAZING job with hair and makeup for a stylized shoot promoting private event space at Rhubarb. Even though I was just the model, they did an amazing job asking all the right questions, making sure I felt comfortable and confident in the looks they created. They even put these amazing stars in my final hair look that made it just the right amount of dreamy and romantic! I am very hesitant about having someone else do my eyebrows as I have none and creating a shape out of thin air is something I do every day - she listened and created a *stunning* brow look that looked completely natural not only in the pictures, but in person so much so that even my partner commented on how great they were.
She made natural makeup look completely glam and dreamy and most of all, created looks that made me feel confident in my own skin and that translated so well in the pictures. The touch-up bag you leave with is one I’ll add to my own stock and is absolutely brilliant. Thank you so much for being a part of that day! I highly recommend these gals for the real deal - even for a styled shoot, I could feel the love and attention to detail carefully and naturally present in the time they give to their brides.
I hired AnaRie for my wedding this past weekend in Asheville, NC – they were setup to do my bridesmaids, Mother and future MIL’s hair and makeup for the big day. From trial to day of, the Anarie team was professional and helpful. Ali made the contracting process simple and easy and worked with me to determine the best options (as I am a little type A and booked WAY in advance of my wedding). Erika was my makeup artist and Andrea my hair stylist. They were both BEYOND pros and I have nothing but great things to say about both of them, as they worked closely with me to ensure I was happy with both hair/makeup, tweaking based on my feedback and making me feel comfortable as I don’t usually wear a ton of makeup and ALWAYS hate having it done as they always like to hide my face freckles (one of the things I love most about my face!).
We also had Kelsey (hair) and Amber (makeup) as our secondary portion of the team. They were both just as pleasant and professional. Amber took my feedback for some edits extremely well and handled the critiques like a pro, while Kelsey did an amazing job creating beautiful looks for my bridesmaids! Thank you to the Anarie team for making my bridal crew even more beautiful for my big day!!

AnaRie was the best choice I could have made for my wedding. Ali Lawless did my make-up along with 3 of my friends and we all looked perfect - natural but enhanced. I was very concerned about make-up because I wear so little regularly and I wanted to make sure I looked like myself on my wedding day. After speaking with Ali on the phone, I was confident she knew what I wanted and she delivered! She was professional but also fun to talk to. She gave tips along the way and the make-up lasted all night without showing signs of happy tears, kisses and lots of hugs.
Andrea Boyer did hair and she, too, was incredible. I showed her a few photos and she made my hair even prettier than the photos I shared for inspiration. It was so me and stayed intact all night, even after my somewhat intense dancing! The three of us who had our hair done all got what we wanted and looked amazing. She was so great she even helped another friend who couldn’t figure out how to curl her own hair. Both Ali and Andrea went above and beyond! Hire AnaRie and you will be in good hands!!!

AnaRie did my hair and makeup for my elopement and did phenomenal work. They came to my AirBnB which made the process easy and stress free. Erika did my makeup and Sam did my hair. Both of them felt like quick friends as we got to know each other while they worked. Both very professional, on time, dedicated to making you feel great. My hair and makeup came out exactly as I envisioned them. I was planning on using a floral comb but it was too heavy to stay in my hair, so Sam placed some floral pins I had and gave me the same effect I was going for, absolutely gorgeous. My makeup lasted until i took it off at about 10:00 PM with one touch up of my nose and lipstick. Touched up easily and flawlessly with the touch up kit Erika gave me with foundation, powder, lip oil, and a sponge to apply. These ladies are masters in their crafts and I highly recommend their services! Thank you Erika and Sam! ❤️
Ali and her team were the absolute best to work with! For one, everyone is so sweet, easy going, and wants the best for your day. Ali was quick to communicate from the beginning and immediately made me feel like I was a friend. Bri and Ali's presence made my wedding morning so special with all of their excitement, love, and comfort. They are truly amazing! Andrea and Ali did a great job at my trial and Bri stepped in the DAY BEFORE my wedding due to COVID and absolutely crushed it. The whole team is fantastic so you know you're well taken care of regardless of the circumstances. I felt absolutely beautiful and like an enhanced version of my natural self on my wedding day. Can't recommend AnaRie enough!
Hiring AnaRie was an easy decision after hearing so many good things about them from the AVL wedding community. Ali and her team were always so responsive and detailed when answering any questions. Ali & Andrea were so great to work with on our wedding day-- they were willing to go above and beyond to make sure the achieved look was perfect, they even went out of their way to make sure to have my favorite blush on hand. They also offered grooming services for my handsome groom! Everyone was extremely happy with their final looks and made us feel beautiful all day long. Highly recommend the AnaRie team!

I had the pleasure of meeting Ali and Andrea for my hair and makeup trial, but when I had a wedding date change due to Covid, they worked with me and I was fortunate enough to meet Samantha and Erika. Everyone on the team is so professional, easy going, and unreal at what they do! I am very laid back and wasn’t quite sure how I wanted my hair or makeup but they read my mind and gave me the absolute perfect look for my special day! My maid of honor made the comment to Erika that she has never looked or felt so beautiful in her life. I made the comment to Samantha that my hair looked more perfect than I ever could have imagined. This team is unbelievable, I would highly recommend them to anyone!

The team at AnaRie came highly recommended from many of the vendors I had chosen for my wedding. And so working with AnaRie was an easy choice. Even after the first interaction with AnaRie, I knew I was working with an experienced, professional, and super sweet group!
I began my consultation with Ali who was very responsive, which made the planning aspect so easy! As a bride it felt great to be able to share my vision for the day and have it interpreted so well!
Before the big event, I came in for a trial hair and makeup run. The hair stylist, Samantha, and the Makeup Artist, Natalie, were super easy to work with. They were highly professional, asking for feedback during the trial process, and had such talent and experience to bring my vision to life!
My favorite part of the whole experience was how personable everyone was, and the heart they put into their work. They genuinely wanted me to be happy with my look and add to the excitement of my wedding. I always felt that I was in good hands!
Not only are ALL of the girls incredibly talented and personable but all of them work well with each other. They are a true team - and it would be impossible to pick favorites. As a wedding photographer I’ve worked with all of them and when I see AnaRie is coming I always look forward to seeing how gorgeous my brides look. I have also used their services personally before having my photos with my twins taken and Ali has me feeling like a million bucks - I still get compliments on those photos! Highly recommend them - and I do, always, when couples ask me to give them a list of my favorite hair and makeup artists.
AnaRie is a dream come true! I was Maid of Honor and sister of the bride and I believe I speak for the entire wedding party, as well as the mothers of the bride and groom, when I say that we were beyond thrilled with Ali’s professionalism, punctuality, and artistry. Some of us were used to wearing makeup and some of us usually went without— Ali was able to accommodate all of our requests. She was a true source of light and comfort on my sister’s wedding day!
